어디 (eodi) - Where

어디 means "where" in Korean. It's used to ask about location, direction, and places.

Basic Usage

Simple Questions

Asking about location:

  • 어디예요? (Where is it?)
  • 어디 가요? (Where are you going?)
  • 어디 살아요? (Where do you live?)
  • 어디 있어요? (Where is it?)

With Particles

Location At: 어디에/어디서

어디에 (where - location/destination):

  • 어디에 있어요? (Where is it located?)

어디서 (where - at/from location):

  • 어디에 = destination/static location
