-(으)ㄹ 필요가 있다 - Need to

The construction -(으)ㄹ 필요가 있다 expresses necessity or need, similar to "need to" or "there is a need to" in English. It's less strong than -아/어야 하다 (must) but indicates something is necessary.

Basic Structure
